Best towing company around. I called a few places around the area and they were trying to charge me over $200 for a tow. One even said $400. Ordonez gave me a price of $140 which was way lower than other tow companies. They picked up my car not even 2 hours after I called them. They were quick, cheap, and nice. Santos was the driver that helped and he was great. He brought us the car and everything was clean. Overall would recommend.

Santos literally saved me from having a long Friday night. Even the AAA I pay for couldn't help me. I needed go-jacks to get my car onto my property because of a shifter cable issue once I was getting home and it gave out. Called him around 10:50pm and he showed up 30min later. Took care of my car is if it was his. It's a really low corvette and he went above and beyond in making sure nothing happened during the process. Took his time but got the job done quick. Today 6/7/24, was the first time I needed a tow truck in years. Read over the reviews and tried him out. Santo's definitely lives up to the hype. He arrived in a timely manner. He's professional, he's humble and just a down to earth kind of guy. He has all the tools needed to get you up on the flat bed and moving. I definitely recommend him if you ever need a tow. He won't disappoint.

Best towing experience I had. Responds within seconds and keeps you up to date with his eta. Most importantly prices are very very good and Im sure hell save your life just like he saved mine. So, if you do need a tow or car jump or whatever it is, give this man a call and you wont be let down.

We called for a pick up and they were here in 15 minutes flat. Also Santos went above and beyond the call of duty, to get my 2020 Dodge Durango up on the truck. Very Knowledgeable about where my emergency neutral was located. All in all a good experience with Santos we will call again if we need them.

Thanks Santos !

Santos, the driver, arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, which was great. Very good service. It was very last minute that my car stopped working so I called Ordoez Towing. Was at the location super quick and my car is lowered so he put wooden blocks so my car would not scrape. Thank you !

Ordoez Towing is the best towing Service in LA county. He helped me and My sister solve an issue with her car. Plus was very generous and reasonable with his pricing. He also speaks Spanish fluently. He responds to Calls the second you dial and always makes sure his service is to your liking.

The dispatcher I spoke with was friendly and attentive, gathering all the necessary information to dispatch a tow truck to my location promptly. I scheduled a tow for the following day and I appreciated the updates and follow ups about the status of the tow truck's arrival. Great service and communication

This is the best towing service you can find in the Downey area ! I had an excellent experience ! The technician was very professional and updated me with ETA and was very friendly as well. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for fair pricing and great service.100% would recommend, A+ !

After waiting hours and hours for tow companys, just for them to let me down. I decided to give Ordoez Towing a call, and he showed up in less then 30 minutes! Loaded up my truck quick even though it was missing a tire! (Most tow companys wont tow)
Was very satisfied with his quick service, will definitely recommend to all friends and family who live in the area.

I called a few places before deciding on this tow service. He was very prompt and easy to communicate with. My car broke down far from home so I was nervous to trust anyone with the task. He called me upon arrival and stayed on the phone till the car was secure. Delivered my car promptly safely. He made sure to call me every step of the way to reassure me the car was fine. After drop of He stayed a little longer to help place the car in a safe area. Very very friendly respectful and trustworthy.
This tow company has become our go to family.
Thank you so much!

I needed to have my car towed, I found this towing service on google. I dont regret contacting them. They were amazing, provided fast and great customer service.

This towing company is really good highly recommended
Saturday morning I was trying to tow my car to a body shop because it was recently involved in an accident
I am currently a member of AAA and ordered a tow at nine in the morning
The first truck that came was a flatbed but a small one so the man said he couldnt tell my car he hast to order the bigger truck
Then he sent a smaller truck and that guy said I need to order you a bigger truck keep in mind this was the second tow truck that arrived
So I was waiting for 2 hours for another truck that he supposedly ordered
So I called AAA to ask them where is the other truck you guys ordered for me and they said the last driver never ordered it
So they ordered a truck for me so I was waiting for another couple hours
So I call AAA BACK And told them where is the tow truck you Ordered for me?
They said oh sorry the tow truck drivers said your vehicle cant be towed
Which is a lie because they towed my car to my house I wanted them to tow it to the body shop a couple days later
They told me call another tow company to help me out
So I got the run around from 9 AM to 6 PM so I decided to google a tow truck company and I came across Ordones Towing
The guy answered right away hooked me up with a really good price and was at my house 20 minutes after our phone call
Very nice and friendly man hand no problem towing my car got the job done very quick
I highly recommend this tow company I am very satisfied and stressed free
Thank you so much I appreciate it have a blessed day

Santos really helped us out during the night of Thanksgiving - with no other towing service available, he really saved us from being stranded on the highway! After he took us to our desired tow location, he even came the next morning to take us to a tire shop to get our tire replaced; free of charge! Cant recommend this place more!

I highly recommend this guy to help you with your towing needs. Very reasonable person, down to earth guy that will not gauge you in the times when youre vulnerable. Fast service at a reasonable price, excellent customer and fast service. If youre within the area, Ordoez towing is the guy to call. I dont normally write reviews in Google but I am doing it for Ordoez Towing. Thank you Santos for towing me from Brea Mall.

Very very good service, professional, helpful

This guy is simply the best. Called dozens of other tow companies in Downey to try and how my lowered Chevy Silverado from east Los here.
They all ranked it. Saying it was too complicated this guy said " no problem, if it has wheels consider it done." Sure enough Tru to his word.
Picked it up with no problem

Didn't sit there either and try to hustle you for extra money. The quote he quoted was the quote he charged.

People like this are hard to come by. People that earn that extra tip with actions and great customer service.
